Hello! My name is Rachna Ghiya.
I am a Freelance eLearning Designer and Developer with a strong focus on delivering micro, performance-driven, engaging eLearning experiences by integrating the capabilities of Articulate Storyline, Vyond and Powtoon.
I started my freelancing career as an Animated Video Producer in 2014 after working for 3 years as a Brand & Marketing Manager. I further forayed into the field of Instructional Designing in 2018 and since then I am taking every new eLearning project as a challenge. My approach for any project starts from understanding the problem rather than assuming that training is the only solution. I design eLearning that stems from the belief that humans learn by doing. And I deliver the same by developing realistic story-driven, scenario-based eLearning that enhances decision-making capabilities and on-the-job performance. My development process is driven by Cathy’s Moore Action Mapping approach.

Scenario-based eLearning
I developed this concept project for a video design firm to ensure that their clients submit specific video feedback. It’s an interactive, scenario-based learning experience that allows the learner to experience the real-time impact of feedback provided by them.

Static to Interactive eLearning
This Articulate Storyline project showcases the conversion from a static text to a cohesive looking eLearning interaction. It shows the different ways to present the static content interactively by using six different types of interactions available in Storyline.

Countdown Timer-based eLearning
This Articulate Storyline project demonstrates how an animated timer can be used to gamify a simple activity to create a sense of urgency or just to add a playful element to any activity. The timer was designed using the exit animation (Wheel).
